He studied Marketing at Kocaeli University and Media and Communication at Istanbul University. He started in digital marketing and advertising management in 2012 for her own projects. Through his VitaLuxeDesign brand, he exported silver to 12 countries via Etsy and is currently the owner and organizational leader of PipoTr.com, a leader in its sector.
The department was established in 2025 with the aim of systematizing the strategies successfully implemented in projects such as VitaLuxeDesign, which exported silver jewelry to twelve countries in 2022, and PipoTr, which stood out in 2023 with its focus on niche markets and community consolidation.
Founded by Hakan Badik, a digital marketing and business development expert, and Serkan Bilsel, a software engineer, the Department aims to provide holistic solutions to meet all digital needs of businesses and support sustainable growth.
